Looks like the RUWC is heading back south of the Equator next year. England certainly won't win it on this years performances and neither will any of the other home nations.

And neither will Australia unless some sort of miracle developes this season. NZ vs SA final? Looks like the SA's will need to "doctor" the AB's food again!

I am sure that the Antipodens will come our with that or a similar excuse.

By the standard of this years 6 nations, no NH side has the slightest glimmer of a hope. Rah rah over here is still in the dark ages.

Woody can you honestly say that the standard of rugby has been anything other than piss poor in all 15 games this season?
Which England game enthralled you? v Wales when the oppo didn't turn up? v France when we didn't turn up? the boreathon v Scotland? the laboured win over makeweights Italy? the stop-start fiasco v Ireland?

There are some decent players in union. Their skill levels and fitness levels have increased with the bow to professionalism and full-time coaching. However, its the nature of the game they play that makes all those games you mentioned less than enthralling. Strange how the adverts for the 6 nations are all about tries being scored, when in reality they should be showing endless scrums and mauls where ball is hidden from the spectators.
