I know I speak for all of us on this board when I wish the ACT Brumbies all the best for the 2006 S14 season. While it was not so good to see the Force cop a flogging it was great to have a Brumbies win. Regards darryl

I expect them to be left floundering in NSW's wake & their half t be dropped from the wallabies (at long last). Their time has past zad.

Gee...aren't the Qld Reds doing well........ In some respects they are playing better than you might expect after the ransacking of their playing roster between seasons. What in te hell is the matter with the qru?

Mate, I am stoked to see them play with mongrel. Their front row has done well and all of them will be in the mix for Wallaby selection this year. Rodney Blake...gezz, he gets around the park for a big lad.
Last year they played without a game plan or conviction...this year they look more focussed and have been unlucky to be 3-0 down.
Against the Waratahs - lost 16-12 and should have won, just couldn't deliver the killer blow.
Against the Crusaders - Lost 47-22 but were leading with 15 minutes to go. Just fell away from the game....that and the Crusaders took it up a gear.
Against Auckland: Lost 21-20....that was a gut wrenching loss. I was absolutley shattered as were a lot of people at Suncorp Stadium.
Positives are:
Berrick Barnes playing well despite his young age. He seems to want to score each time he touches the ball though, when he should be setting up a play and looking ahead. The forward pack: Full of mongrel and with players like Hugh McMeniman and Rodzilla they've been holding their own against bigger packs. David Croft has been playing himself to a standstill every match.
We'll see how they go against the Cheifs at home this weekend....I think they can sneak in.
