is through the roof after the Aussie defeat in the last series. So many people tried to buy tickets over the net that ticket selling sites were overwhelmed. The result will be bumper crowds at the upcoming series. Now if only the British rl side could achieve the impossible!

I belive your lot are making it as hard as possible for English cricket supporters to get tickets. Very bad show! Yes, I am ignoring the last part of your post, but come back to me on that one when an Oz side wins the World Club Challange...od tri-nations!

Haven't heard that one, but it wouldn't suprise - I believe they are keeping sales open for locals & breaking up the seating so the barmy army aren't concentrated in the one spot. Probably worried about rioting & your blokes trying to take advantage of our women! Do I detect some second hand satisfaction here. Aus were no better off than GB in the last series. We'll see what happens next time around!

And that's something that hasn't really happened since 1970! Were you alive then? You boys have had a very long winter of discontent. In fact what I think would be the best thing that could possibly happen for rl would be a traditional test series with GB winning 3-0. That would spark some interest here, just as the loss in the cricket has sparked renewed interest in this summer's ashes tour. Especially as soo seems to be getting past it a bit. Its that unpredictability that gives ru such a head start over rl when it comes to international rugby.
