Steady on, I don't think we'll score quite that many goals against them! Do you think England will go far? Love to see them play us in the final. Good for the Commonwealth eh what??!!

Good for the Commonwealth eh what??!! I know as much about football a Clive Woody does about rugby, very very little, but England will, I expect get to the semi finals at best.

A pretty good game...the 2-0 scoreline to Brazil flattered them. A few points.
Harry Kewell...when you get a chance to put the ball into an open goal with the goalie on the ground, don't try and smack it into orbit.
This Brazil team look tired and lacklustre...are they foxing?
Ronaldo has had too many pies.
The Australians should have drawn that game 1-1.
All we need now is a draw or better against Croatia and we are through. The 3 goals against Japan are very helpful now!

Not from what I've seen and heard!! There seems to be a mass-chav exodus to Australia. I passed a group of English backpackers near my work the other day decked out in tracksuit pants and football jerseys with their Burberry caps at a jaunty angle. One of them asked me for directions and I swear I needed subtitles.

Didn't see the wc soccer final, but did see the shorts of that frog bloke headbutting the italian in the chest. I'd hate to see someone put a decent shot on that italian the way he hurtled to the ground. Is it only me or does soccer seem to be full of prancing nancy boys who take tremendous dives at the slightest contact? The World Cup was spoilt by it. I have never ever seen a league player take a dive and don't expect to!
